Sign up and pay for a GRI designation class, and get your tuition reimbursed from the office's split share at your next closing! You can have one class reimbursed per closing, up to three classes reimbursed per year so you can complete your designation!

Get reimbursed for your class tuition at your next closing fron the office's spit share! Classes and designation must be pre-approved by the broker. You can get reimbursed for one class per closing, up to $400 per closing, up to three per year.

Partial Annual Realtor dues, incurred as a member of Starbuck Estates, can now be reimbursed upon the closing of a sale. Up to $150 per year.
***Rules: One reimbursement per closing, taken from, and up to, the office side commission split, or transaction fee for 100% agents. 100% agents limit one reimbursement per calendar month, up to FOUR reimbursements per year for all split levels. Choose from class tuition, signs and business cards package, first Underground Coaching Club pre-paid membership, or partial Realtor dues.
Reimbursements only apply to costs incurred while licensed as an agent for Starbuck Estates. Classes must be approved by the broker prior to taking the course. Signs and business cards must be purchased through preferred vendors to be eligible for reimbursement. Agent must check with the broker for class and cost approvals before taking the class or incurring a cost. Receipts or bills, as applicable, must be presented to the broker before the anticipated transaction closing. Limits include sales tax. Reimbursements come out of, and will be paid up to, the office side split or transaction fee only, and cannot exceed the office side split or transaction fee for that closing. If the agent leaves Starbuck Estates before a closing where a reimbursement would have been applied, the reimbursement for that cost is no longer eligible. Approvals for the reimbursements must be attained and recorded with the broker before the anticipated closing.
